Bohemia Interactive hat soeben das DayZ Update 1.13 auf den Live-Servern online gestellt. Das Update ist jetzt auf allen Plattformen, PC, Xbox und PlayStation verfügbar.
Das ist los: Update 1.13 befindet sich seit dem 17. Juni 2021 auf den Experimental Test-Servern. Jedoch nur für Xbox- und Steam-User, Spieler auf der PlayStation mussten sich weiter gedulden. Jetzt ist es für alle Verfügbar und ist eines der besten Updates seit Langem!
Das bringt DayZ Update 1.13: Neue Zombies, Waffen & mehr
Im Update 1.13 von DayZ gibt es ein paar Neuerungen, unter anderem neue Waffen sowie Verbesserungen an den Zombies:

Zombies werden jetzt in unterschiedliche Klassen eingeteilt, die mal stärker, mal schwächer sind:
Runner sind schwächer (-50% Lebenspunkte) und verursachen den geringsten Schaden.
Civilians haben -15% Lebenspunkte und verursachen moderaten Schaden.
Zombies in unterschiedlicher Rüstung (Soldaten, Polizisten, Feuerwehr) haben jetzt +15% Lebenspunkte und verursachen den meisten Schaden.
Des Weiteren sind Zombies weniger durch Helme geschützt und ihre Angriffe können geblockt werden. Die Infizierten verlassen jetzt auch öfters das Gebiet, an dem sie einen Spieler ohnmächtig geprügelt haben. Das soll einen Zyklus des Aufwachens und ohnmächtig werdens verhindern.
Außerdem werden die Zombies jetzt von Rauchgranaten, Lagerfeuern, Flares und Taschenlampen angezogen. Bei deiner nächsten Camping-Tour solltest dein Camp also absichern.
Krankheiten & Schaden: Was den Spieler angeht, wurden auch hier ein paar Änderungen vorgenommen. So können sich etwa Wunden jetzt infizieren, wenn die benutzten Bandagen bei einer Blutung nicht vorher desinfiziert werden.
Erleidest du zudem jetzt eine Grippe, kann diese von Fiebersymptomen begleitet werden und fällt allgemein schwerer aus. Um dem entgegenzuwirken kannst du dir bei niedrigen Temperaturen Vitamin-Tabletten einwerfen. Natürlich schützt dich dicke Kleidung am besten.
Was den Schaden im PvP betrifft: Arme und Beine von Spielern erhalten weniger Schockschaden. Im Gegenzug bedeckt die Schutzwesten nicht länger die Arme.

Wrong health widget color was shown when looking at dead animals
When hitting a player in repeatedly and in short period of time, the stumbling animation would prevent them from falling unconscious
"Next recipe" widget was visible when there was no other recipe
Loading/chambering under specific conditions could result in desynchronization
Fixed several tools that wouldn't play the correct sounds/particles when shot/hit
Environment sounds stopped playing when changing audio devices
Some error messages would contain false information
Moving food items could disappear when moved from the cooking to the smoking slot
It was possible to boil food in gasoline
Opening the inventory while placing an item which is plugged into a power source could lead to a desync
It was possible to dig multiple stashes at the same position
The Patrol jacket had an incorrect position when held in hands
Transferring incompatible blood type was not triggering a hemolytic reaction
Seeds could not be detached from the garden plots via the contextual actions
AIs attracted by thrown items could have an unwanted behavior
Infected were not reacting to explosions
Infected would not leave an unconscious player alone if no other target was around
Suicide with the sickle was missing sounds
The camouflage net wasn't rendered over long distances when placed on the canopy tent
Plant slots weren't displayed as watered/fertilized any more after the plant grew by one stage
The player camera could clip in the big NWAF hangar
Fixed a semi-transparent window in the yellow two-story village house
Fixed a bump in the stairs of the castle tower
Fixed problematic fire geometry blocking shots in some buildings
