When will the Livestream take place: December 01, 2022, at 14:00 EST, it will start. Chris Wilson from Grinding Gear Games will present the new challenge league for Path of Exile 3.20 “The Forbidden Sanctum” in a Livestream on Twitch. As usual, the new league mechanics will be revealed, balance changes and new game content will be presented, and possibly news about Path of Exile 2 will also be revealed.

What are the Twitch Drops: This time you will receive the “Blood Guard Wings.

How to get the Twitch Drops: In order to get the Blood Guard Wings, the following steps are necessary:

• First, you need to log in to the Path of Exile website with your Path of Exile account.
• On the right side, you will find the item “Manage shortcuts”. Click on it and connect your Path of Exile account with your Twitch account.
• Then check the settings of your Twitch account to make sure that the two accounts are really connected. Only then will you be able to participate in the Twitch Drops.
• Watch the Path of Exile Livestream for 45 minutes.
