Transportory stones in Conan Exiles 3.0 offer a new and fast travel method that allows you to teleport to your desired destination within seconds. In this guide, we’ll tell you how to build Transportory Stones and how to deal with the corruption that teleporting brings.

The guide at a glance: Update “Age of Sorcery” introduces Transportory Stones that allow you to teleport across the entire map. In addition, the update 3.0 also contains new skills and attributes, as well as hidden wizards that you have to find. But how does traveling with Transport Stones work in Conan Exiles? In this guide, we answer the following questions:

  • What requirements do you need to meet?
  • How do you build a Transportory Stone?
  • How does teleporting work?
  • How can you heal the corruption?
  • Tips & Tricks for Transportory Stones

These are the requirements for the Transportory Stone in Conan Exiles

The new update 3.0 can be confusing in many places, even for experienced players: There is now this great new teleportation, but how do you use it? Back to the start, how do you cast spells in the first place? Watch out, it’s quite easy:

To start, you need to find the book “Tome of Kurak”, which is located in the south of the map in a cave. Actually, a treasure map will lead you there, which you’ll get from one of the new wizard thralls when you kill him. But we’ll spare you the search task, just go to the cave marked here:

At the end of the cave, an altar awaits you, on which you will find the spellbook Tome of Kurak. Collect the book, and you will have unlocked the first buildings and items for magic. Among your new magic achievements you will now find the “Thaumaturgy Table”, which you build in your base and then place the Book of Kurak on it:

Thaumaturgy Table Construction Cost:

  • 300x stone
  • 50x crystal
  • 50x iron ingots

Farm spell pages to upgrade the Book of Kurak

The next step to getting the Transportory Stone in Conan Exiles 3.0 is now farming spell pages, for which there are different quick methods. The easiest way to get spell pages is to kill wizards. You then stash the pages in the inventory area of your thaumaturgy table along with the required raw materials for the next upgrade. Soon you will unlock the blueprint for the Transportory Stone.

Building and using a Transportory Stone in Conan Exiles 3.0 – How to do it

How to build a Transporty Stone: The construction costs for a Transportory Stone are relatively manageable, but keep in mind that you will have to pay for it several times over. You have to build at least two teleporters. However, there is no limit and so you can theoretically distribute dozens of Transportory Stones on the map, for example, to quickly get to the farm of Goldstone or Crimson Lotus.

Construction costs for the Transportory Stone:

  • 200x bricks
  • 100x silver ingots
  • 100x Alchemical base substance
  • 3x Torch

Activate the Transportory Stone, you need these resources

If you have placed at least two portals, you just need to activate them. For this, you need the following resources (amount per portal:)

  • 50x sulfur
  • 3x sacrificial blood in a bottle

Put both items into the inventory of the portal and click on “ignite” in the upper right corner. Your character performs an intense prayer to the gods and bang, the portal opens. If you have activated both Transportory Stones, you can now teleport from one place to the other, and this will only cost you your sanity because the corruption will come for you and weaken you.

Corruption explained in Conan Exiles – How to cure it

What is Corruption? It is a disease in Conan Exiles that affects your character and shows up with a purple bar along your status bars. Corruption reduces your maximum health and stamina. The more often you travel with your Transportory Stone, the more the corruption will affect your character.

How do you cure corruption? Fortunately, you can easily cure this annoying disease with dancers. You need to tame an appropriate Thrall and then bring it to your portal. As with the building costs for the Transportory Stone, you’ll also need to use two or more Thralls. In the following article, we will show you how to get dancers in Conan Exiles 3.0.

Our tip for traveling with Transportory Stones in Conan Exiles

When you build your Transportory Stones, you need to be able to defend them. Because through your portal, all players can travel who want to. So build a small base around your Transportory Stone. No windows, several levels, and in the right place. Yes, the location is also crucial for your transport routes: Never build your transport stones in the immediate vicinity of resource sources or important locations!
