The Fiend Rose is a scarce resource in Diablo 4. You need it to enchant your legendary items. Our Guide will tell you where to find this essential resource in the ARPG.

Here's the deal: Apart from the classic upgrade options for legendary items that you can take up from the blacksmith you trust, there are also special upgrade procedures offered by the occultist. These belong to the more advanced upgrades.

For example, with the Fiend Rose, you'll be able to replace certain affixes on your items or add new ones. Also, you can use it to upgrade your healing potions to the last two levels. In this guide, we will explain to you how to get Fiend Roses in Diablo 4.

How to get Fiend Roses in Diablo 4

Don't waste your time with an unsuccessful, long search for valuable crafting material. Because you can't find a Fiend Rose in Diablo 4 at all during the normal gameplay. The basic requirement to get the powerful resource is to complete the main story. Once you have completed that, World Tier 3 and 4 will be unlocked for you. In these harder difficulty levels, certain quests and events take place regularly, including the so-called Helltide.

Helltides are the only way to get one or more Fiend Roses. During such an event, there are several ways to get the roses:

  • By random drops while defeating enemies (Very rare!).
  • By harvesting certain plants that bear Fiend Roses.
  • By opening Helltide Chests.

The Helltide events take place at regular intervals. You will be automatically informed by the game when the next flood will hit Sanctuary. As soon as the event starts, the corresponding area on your map will turn blood red.
