How to Play the Sorceress from level 50 Onwards

How to use your skills: The Arc Lash Mage is a very simple build. You mainly spam your Arc Lash, which triggers your Unstable Current, which in turn triggers more electro attacks for free. Therefore, you need to put at least one point into the other electro abilities as well.

Damage rotation: To do the most damage possible, use your skills as follows:

  1. For large groups, elites or boss opponents, start the fight by activating Unstable Current.
  2. Use your Frost Nova to freeze your opponents and make them vulnerable.
  3. Spam Arc Lash.
  4. Use Ice Armor, Teleport and Flame Shield to stay alive.

This is what the build is based on: The important thing with this build is that you use Glinting Arc Lash and Overflowing Energy to reduce the cooldown of your electric abilities, especially that of Unstable Current. The legendary aspect "Stable Aspect" also gives you a chance to activate Unstable Current for free.

Choose Those Enhancement Slots as a Arc Lash Sorceress in Diablo 4

Each class has its own special feature. In the case of the mage, it is the enhancements with which you can upgrade spells. To play this build optimally, select the following enhancements from level 15:

  • In the first enchantment slot, select Firebolt to receive burn bonuses from Devouring Blaze.
  • In the second slot, select Ball Lightning for high AoE damage.

Ceaseless Conduit Board

Ceaseless Conduit

  • On the 4th paragon board, the legendary node is not used.
  • Follow the path up and right to the Hunter Killer and invest in all 5 surrounding magic nodes.
  • Continue left to the glyph pedestal. There, add Exploit and acquire all Skill Nodes in the vicinity.
  • Then take the shortest way to the passage on the left. There you attach the Frigid Fate paragon board to the board without any turns.

Frigid Fate Board

Frigid Fate

  • On the 5th paragon board, the legendary node is not used.
  • Follow the path to the left and then down to the glyph pedestal. There, add Tactician and buy 25 points worth of Dexterity from nodes in the radius area. This requires your glyph to be at least level 15.
  • Get the nearby Weakness on the left and buy 3 Magic Nodes, which increases damage against wounded enemies.
  • From the glyph pedestal, go right and then down to the suppressor and buy all 5 surrounding magic nodes.

At the end you have 17 points left at max level, which you can use freely in one of the 5 boards. So you can definitely take one of the legendary effects with you, even if they are not of great use for this build.
