In the dungeon you have to consider the following: If you want to get all the Mokoko seeds, you have to kill the NPC "Warehouse Keeper". If you catch him instead, a shortcut will open up, but your path to a Mokoko Seed will remain blocked. The Warehouse Keeper can be found just past the dungeon entrance in the left passage, where the first Mokoko Seed is.
In the next mystery, if you examine all the objects, a bookshelf will open and reveal 2 treasure chests.
