Here’s what you need to watch out for: For some Mokoko seeds that are scattered across the map, you need the Hymn of the Sun. You also need 350 Courage in the North and 350 Kindness south of the center of the map.

You also need to be Trusted with the NPC Thar, you can find him in the southwest. Furthermore, you need to get Brandy from him to enter the two secret passages to be able to get the last two Mokoko Seeds.
