Bad news for all fans who are longingly waiting for Dying Light 2: It will be postponed again. A new date has already been set and there is good news anyway.

What happened? The developers of Dying Light 2: Stay Human have shared via Twitter that the zombie game has to be postponed. The main reason is optimization. Nevertheless, they give a positive outlook and a new release date. You can quickly find all the content here:

Dying Light 2 new release date and still some good news

Why was it postponed? In the tweet shared by the Techland development team, there is talk of a finished Dying Light 2. In the test phase, however, you noticed that there is still a bit of a problem. Which corners are not yet completely round remains a secret. Here is the exact statement:

"Today, we have important news to share with you about the development progress on Dying Light 2 Stay Human.
(...) The team is steadily progressing with the production and the game is nearing the finish line. The game is complete, and we are currently playtesting it. (...) Unfortunately, we've realized for us to bring the game to the level we envision, we need more time to polish and optimize it."

What's the new release date for dying light 2? The new release for Dying Light 2 is set for February 4th, 2022. Fans on Twitter find this hard to believe. After all, it's not the first time the project has been postponed.
