The Arma 3 community map Esseker is now also being implemented for DayZ. We have already been able to test the card & now it is also being put to public testing for everyone. You will now find out what to expect.
Finally, for everyone: After DayZ Esseker had been testable for a while in a kind of closed alpha, the incredibly cool DayZ Mod-Map is now also available for everyone, servers should start soon.

This is the map: DayZ Esseker is a map created by the community that, thanks to Modsupport, is now published not only for Arma 3, but also for DayZ. The talented team around modder Ronhill has been working on it for over a year.
We have already been able to try DayZ Esseker in the closed alpha, and you can read here what impressions we had! The key features are as follows:
Rock walls, caves, overgrown streets, flooded cities and secret military bases. This is Esseker and that is exactly what looks great. We loved to visit the zoo, which is located on the outskirts of the capital. This not only impresses with its size, we especially found the specially created assets to be great.
Public Alpha starts: Now it should be ready soon and DayZ Esseker is finally going into a version that is accessible to everyone. Server owners and everyone who would like to become one, are called upon to contact team leader Ronhill directly via Discord.
From when you can play the mod is still in the stars. As soon as there is news about the first servers, we will include a server list below this article!
