Christmas is coming to DayZ and with it Chernarus as well as Livonia and modders are creating more and more wintry mods, like now: Modder HunterZ has brought a new dangerously delicious threat into the game with his Gingerbread Men. What's going on? A few days ago, DayZ creator HunterZ released a new modification for DayZ that spreads Christmas spirit. Precisely, he included a mini version of the infected -- the Gingerbread Men. Most recently, HunterZ released the dog companion mod for DayZ, which we've also already introduced to you.
What can the mod do? The content of the mod is quickly explained: edible and at the same time deadly gingerbread zombies. You can find the little cakes everywhere on the map as food and eat them easily. However, if you decide to throw them with the G key, the treats turn into aggressive human killers -- and we don't mean diabetes!
Once placed on the ground, the little gingerbread men will start chasing the first player they spot. So you should collect the gingerbreads and use them at the appropriate moment, against enemy players. Example:
