What are Zone Trials & how do you unlock them? Basically, Zone Trials are world events that you can't tackle at any time. They only start at certain times or under special conditions. In order to discover the Haunted Carriage and other Trials at all, you need to have already played through the main quest of Diablo Immortal. In the city of Westmarch, you can then set your difficulty level. Set it to "Hell" and only then can you participate in the events.
Where & when can you find the ghost carriage? The ghost carriage in Diablo Immortal can be found at Ashwold Cemetery, more precisely in the north at the way mark "Mad Kings Breach". Here you will find a statue of a horse and carriage -- this is where the event starts!

This is the procedure: The ghost carriage starts at the statue mentioned above, and from here it takes a lap around the entire area. However, at certain points, the Haunted Carriage stops and is attacked by nasty monsters. If you successfully fend off these creatures, the carriage will start moving again.
This will repeat a few times until you reach the final boss at the end. The boss "Tax Collector" has around 122,000 HP and deals out a lot, so it's best to finish him off with your group!
