Mobile users have been able to play Diablo Immortal unofficially since June 1st and are still encountering connection problems. We tell you how to fix the "Unable to Connect" error.

That's going on: Diablo Immortal, the new mobile ARPG from Blizzard, will not be officially released until June 2nd at 7:00 p.m. - also for the PC. However, mobile users have been able to play since June 1st as Apple and Google have their own schedules.

In addition to graphic bugs on Samsung Galaxy devices, which currently make the game unplayable, many players are also plagued by connection problems. One of these problems is the "Unable to Connect" message.

How to fix the "Unable to Connect" error in Diablo Immortal

You can find a simple answer to the error on Blizzard's official support page:

  • Make sure the app is up-to-date.
  • Try switching from wireless to your network data connection or vice versa.
  • Restart your device and try again.
  • Make sure your device meets the minimum requirements to run Diablo Immortal.
  • If you are using an Android device, access your app storage in the device settings and clear the Diablo Immortal app cache/data.
    • Navigate to Diablo Immortal app settings, press Clear cache and restart the app.
    • Navigate to Diablo Immortal app settings, press Clear data and restart the app.
  • If the problem persists, uninstall and reinstall the game.
