On the map of Iridium Asteroid Mine, there are many important landmarks and perfect places to make a lot of money quickly. As always, the docking areas are on the outer edge of the map, from there, it goes through workshop areas and security rooms to the blast furnace or the drills in the middle of the map. In the mine, you will find not only a locked storage room for the security forces but also a locked toolbox and a safe and a large safe room with an associated door. There are two areas where you can dock, one is right next to the workshop halls. Here you will find some trucks and many toolboxes. There are three different ways to get down to the drilling area. One leads through the blast furnace mentioned; you just have to jump down a broken elevator. Another way can be found in the small cave system directly after the docking area on this side, there is a long staircase leading down to the bottom. The last way is through one of the rooms in the production area, there, you will find a collapsed spot where you have to jump down.
There are several important points in the area around the drill. Immediately after jumping down from the blast furnace, you will find the large vault door on your left, which you can only get through with a cutting torch. If you go to the right, you will come to the drills, there are usually some AI opponents running around here, but players can also usually be found in this area quite quickly. At the bottom are stairs that lead to two dead workers. Here you will find the nickel ore you need for a side quest. At the top of the room are two doctor's bags, a safe, and the golden ring you also require for a quest.
