For each defeat of a V-Blood boss in V Rising, you will be rewarded with special abilities and vampire powers. Basically, no matter what V Rising bosses you're up against, you should be around the same level as them. The first boss you'll encounter in V Rising and also the first tough one. The V-Blood has relatively high life energy and deals good damage.

This is how you defeat the Duke of Balaton: You have to be careful here. This gross boss has many different AOE attacks and deals poison damage when he jumps on you. His little helpers aren't particularly strong, so you can ignore them.

How to Defeat Mairwyn the Elementalist: Mairwyn unleashes illusions of herself against you. You should always fight them first. Summons, especially Terah's Golem, are very strong against this boss.
