Diablo Immortal can be played on mobile devices 1 day before the official release and already some problems arise. Graphic bugs occur, especially on Samsung Galaxy devices, Blizzard reacts.
That's going on: Diablo Immortal has been available to download and play on mobile devices since around 10:00 AM PST. So 28 hours before the official release on June 2nd. This is mainly due to the Google and Apple stores, which have their own update schedules. Blizzard has officially confirmed this.
Now that many players are already playing, the first problems appear. One of the most devastating is a graphics bug that makes Diablo Immortal virtually impossible to play on many Samsung Galaxy devices.
Even if all data has been downloaded successfully, Diablo Immortal will experience a graphic glitch during character creation and in the game itself, making it impossible to play the mobile ARPG.
This is how Blizzard reacts: Developer Blizzard reacted quickly and has now removed the game from the Google and Apple shops while they work on solving the problem. The developers have also commented on this in the official forum and provided a list of all affected devices:
Blizzard now knows that the problem is caused by the installed Exynos chipset. They are working flat out on a solution and will make the download for the relevant devices available again as soon as possible.
We will keep you up to date on this!

No issues on my s9 I did show some weird graphics for a second when I turn stuff up but it only lasted like a half a second at most.
my note10+ with snapdragon has same issue so it doesn’t seem like chipset issue
pc release will be laggy and fucked dont expect to play for a week when all hype is dead and dead game
Samsung Galaxy S10 Note Lite also! Waiting for repair.
Game was broken on Samsung Galaxy Tab A8 too, we will see if it will work normally today.
I will play on PC. Hope that will work fine..^^
Yeah, of course this has to happen. Aren’t those devs use smartphones? When i look to the long list of devices i must ask myself this one question.
